To qualify for an ESA letter, you must undergo a comprehensive assessment by one of our licensed mental health professionals to determine your need for an emotional support animal. Once qualified, we will issue an official ESA letter that complies with federal and local regulations, specifically for residents in Florida and Puerto Rico.
